Audiens, a leading tech company in Data Management Platform (DMP) services, part of the leading mobile commerce business Bango PLC, won the tender issued by ING, the biggest online bank in Italy, by number of customers. ING wants to source a privacy compliant technology to allow the brand direct control and autonomous management of its customer data, to optimize advertising campaigns across digital channels.

ING pays great attention to the transparency and privacy of its customers, and has chosen the Audiens platform because it meets the high standards required. Thanks to this agreement, ING will gather information from different sources within a single hub allowing the creation of audiences with similar characteristics. This will enable ING to activate the segments on its main digital marketing channels. This will allow the bank to customize communication messages, in order to offer products and services in line with the interest of its customers and prospects.

"Transparency and attention to the customer are two values that distinguish us. Hence the decision to equip ourselves with a DMP, to make more effective one-to-one communications, with the option to manage data independently. We were looking for a partner that can offer a user-friendly and complete solution, able to support functionality requested by us, and is present in Italy", commented by ING Italia.

"We are very pleased that a bank with a strong innovative character and a solid presence in Italy like ING Italia has chosen our technology. We are happy they appreciate the features, ease-of-use and flexibility that distinguish our platform", says Marko Maras, CEO of Audiens.
